PowerPoint an Introduction

How To Load Powerpoint
If you using Windows 7 then take following steps to load.
1. Click on start buttton.
2. Move the pointer to All Programs.
3. Click MicroSoft Office 2013.
If you using Windows 8 then take following steps.
Go to your Start screen in Windows 8, to launch PowerPoint Click on PowerPoint 2013.

PowerPoint 2013, like additional Office 2013 programs, has the Ribbon across the the surface of the Window.
Above the Ribbon would be the Quick Access Toolbar along with the main PowerPoint Window is then divided into several sections:
1.The Navigation Pane: use this to go between the slides
2. Speakers Notes: type your audio speakers notes here
3. The Major Slide window: this is where you build this slides.
Ribbon is the Bar of buttons across the top of main window. Each tab throughout arranged in logical groups, the unique icons. In just a class is not enough space to display the countless options available, the small Dialog Box Launcher group is situated in the bottom right corner.

Situated Top of PowerPoint above the Ribbon. Automatically, it provides Save undo, Redo, and the presentation starts commands, here you can find some shortcuts and you'll add your individual.
Adding More Icons In Quick Access Toolbar
After opening of PowerPoint, move your cursor on drop down menu of the Quick Access Toolbar and choose that option by clicking that you want to Put there.
